By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Payment and Scheduling

Payment for each session is due at the time of booking. Appointments are not guaranteed until payment is received. 

Credit card information is required at the time of your first booking. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. 

Late cancellations and no shows will be charged the full session fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be considered no shows. 

To reschedule your appointment, please email or text Curious Cat Behavior Consulting 24 hours before your appointment. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
